About
First and foremost I strive to become a humble individual each and every day through life and football. My 3 pillars in coaching are GOD, FAMILY & FOOTBALL this helps me with understanding and being respectful of humankind through the world-wide game of football.
As a forward-thinking and successful coach I am keen to share my football knowledge with a club and nation wholeheartedly, with the aim of impacting the performance and development of the next generation of talented players. Having gained coaching experience in Australia, Asia, Europe and South America and most recently as Head Coach of the Australian Paralympic Men’s Football Team (Salou, Spain), I have also coached under some of the well-respected coaches in football and taking on coaching roles at the likes of Perth Glory, Real Valladolid, Empoli and Australian National Youth Teams. These experiences are recognition of my hard work as a coach where I have developed a strong knowledgebase and foundation from which to now pursue opportunities in professional football globally.

My extensive first-hand experience coaching world-wide coupled with my Asian Football Confederation & UEFA coaching licenses, has provided me with the insight into the inner workings of a club’s and national teams infrastructure, including enhancing team performances, individual player development, opposition analysis and player recruitment - with the capacity to apply and adapt these across various professional environments to meet club/nations objectives on and off the pitch.

I am now keen to combine with these experiences, skills and expertise to take the next step in my coaching career.

MISSION
Drive to improve my life and lives of others regardless of gender, physical abilities or background, through instruction of the technical, tactical, physical and psychological aspects of football. I will achieve this with knowledge, hard work, taking care in what I do and to be accountable of my actions.
VISION
"My core ambition in football is to assist Australians by providing a diverse and inclusive environment where ALL abilities, backgrounds and genders are enriched so they can realise their football potential and exhibit it throughout the world wholeheartedly."
Goran Stajic (2006)
