• Develop and coordinate all individual and team training sessions – catering for the needs of the players both individually and collectively in order to maximise the potential of all our players in this age group.

• Ensure each and every U23 player’s potential is realised and maximised, through effective mentorship, training and holistic development that draws on the senior team & academy structure.

• Effectively lead U23 squad sessions and games with the ultimate aim of achieving team sporting success and individual high performance.

• Work collaboratively with First Team coaching infrastructure and medical staff to ensure seamless communication and an active conduit into the First Team.

• Work with the club TD to comply with FA and FV rules and requirements – ensuring that all parameters set are met.

• Ensure accurate and effectively documented individual player review meetings.

• Assist Academy Coaching in providing support for Academy coaches.

• Hold responsibility for ensuring that appropriate sessions are implemented to cater for all players 

• Provide a reporting platform to give constructive feedback at the end of each fixture for players

• Worked proactively to recruit high level football players for the Senior Men’s Team & lead the National Second Division Application successfully becoming a foundation club.

• In conjunction with Senior Men’s coaching staff, we established a winning and development mentality across the U18s & U21s teams.

• Worked with key stakeholders including the women’s head coach to continue to develop our high-performance football programme along with aiming for promotion.

• In conjunction with the General Manager prepare, manage, and monitor the football budget in line with the clubs’ financial procedures.

• Planned & implemented a progressive Football curriculum that runs across the entire club considering the elite/aspiring, social/participation, and beginner player.

• Fostered the development of all abilities and the purpose of playing meaningful and enjoyable sport.

• Planned & implemented a progressive Sports curriculum that runs across the campuses considering the elite/aspiring, social/participation, and beginner students.

• Fostered the development of all abilities and the purpose of playing meaningful and enjoyable sport.

• Embraced and embedded the Football Australia model within the football program.

• Developed and implemented a sustainable coaching/referee/umpire program for the students.

• Collaborated with the Head of High Performance to develop Football specific movement programs.

• Developed a consistent student selection process considering the “Work & Pray” and “Our Identity” school values

• Introduced a pre-season team building trip and post season international trip.

• Allocated General Excellence scholarships to several students that have the opportunity for a Football/academic specific education.

• Successfully lead the school to the State School Futsal Championships

• Created the schools first general of excellence scholarship for up to 4 students Nationally/internationally 

• Appointed an A License Coach and analyst to the Football program

• Hosted Women's National Teams during the World Cup

• Appointed Head Coach of Nations Paralympic Team in the 2022 World Cup Salou, Spain

• Oversaw implementation of one-week pre-camp schedule prior to commencement of World Cup

• Achieved a 10th-place finish in the, despite lack of preparation in comparison to other nations.

• Devised and delivered structured coaching sessions for the squad in line with the Nations philosophy.

• Planned, prepared and implemented technical and tactical training sessions.

• Contributed to analysis processes, in relation to opposition analysis and player analysis.

• Led management team meetings, regarding team and squad selection, match tactics and playing style.

• Contributed to player recruitment and talent identification processes during the tournament.

• Created a positive working environment despite the challenges faced by the Covid-19 pandemic, which included being restricted to a hotel for several weeks.

• Oversaw the four-year technical plan for the Skill Acquisition, Game Training & Performances Nationally

• Guide, monitor and evaluate each team coach performance quarterly.

• Conduct ongoing player and coach assessments/evaluations (daily, weekly, monthly, annually)

• Oversee a thorough fair & logical process of scouting & recruitment globally.

• The custodian of the nation’s philosophy and playing style as well as underpinning core values

• Devised and delivered structured coaching sessions for the squad in line with the Nations philosophy.

• Planned, prepared and implemented/delivered technical and tactical training sessions.

• Conduct seminars, coach education and player mentoring

• Direct the analysis processes, in relation to our style of play vs the opposition analysis and player analysis.

• Worked with the academy to contribute to the technical and tactical development of elite junior/youth and U23 players.

• Facilitated and supported a clear pathway for players to break into first team football.

• Operated in line with the club’s ethos, training curriculum and Individual Player Modules (IPM) to produce well-rounded players capable of competing in the A League and abroad.

• Created sessions that were challenging and progressive in nature and adapted coaching style and approach to meet individual needs and personalities.

• Created and delivered a clear playing philosophy that runs throughout the First Team, Reserves, U18s on very limited budget.

• Prepared training sessions for ALL three squads in line with this philosophy and team objectives

• Ensured coaching staff are aware of playing philosophy and implement it in every training session.

• Prepared, planned and established both short and long-term training objectives and work towards achieving these targets through detailed sessions and individual players modules.

• Analysed opposition teams to identify key elements of their playing style, including strengths and weaknesses to exploit.

• Reduced the age of the First Team playing squad and instigated a clear pathway for younger players to progress.

• Proactively supported younger club players along the development pathway to facilitate their progression to first team and have handed debuts to 16, 17 and 18-year-olds

Key Achievements:

• Introduced a sports scientist into the club to enhance the dietary, recovery and ultimately the athletic performance of players.

• Created and delivered a clear playing philosophy that runs throughout the entire club from First Team level down and prepared training sessions for First Team squad in line with this philosophy and team objectives.

• Ensured coaching staff are aware of playing philosophy and implement it in every training session.

• Prepared, planned and established both short and long-term training objectives and work towards achieving these targets through detailed sessions and individual development program.

• Analysed opposition teams to identify key elements of their playing style, including strengths and weaknesses to exploit.

• Made tangible contribution to match day preparation, including tactical decision making, team selection and game analysis.

• Designed and implemented innovative coaching sessions which meet technical and tactical requirements of the team.

• Reduced the age of the First Team playing squad and instigated a clear pathway for younger players to progress.

• Proactively supported younger players along the development pathway to facilitate their progression to first team and have handed debuts to 16, 17 and 18-year-olds

• Instrumental in player recruitment and talent identification, scout potential recruits and prepare analysis on signings.

Key Achievements:

• Took over club which was bottom of the National Premier League with 5 games to go and won several games avoiding relegation.

• The following campaign was similar but implemented coaching philosophy and playing style to overhaul the club and successfully secured 8th position on the ladder.

• The third season produced a Top 4 finish and finals series eventually losing in the Semi Final (2-3)
